IN PERSON Initial session

Service Description

In person one on one counselling The initial session is 1 hour and 30 mins and is longer then all the others. This is because there is a lot to cover in the initial session and I want you to walk away from it feeling like you have made some progress and have a clear picture on the path moving forward. Spending more time together also gives you the opportunity to see if I am the counsellor for you. The relationship you have with your counsellor is a huge influence on successful outcomes.
